Really sad story...
Last night, at 7:00pm EST, two students at my school got in a very bad car accident. Neither of them survived. One of them was in my civics class; she seemed like a very nice person.
I really regret never meeting her. After reading many opinions about the incident, many students said that she was a friend that you could always go to and was always willing to listen. She was one of those people in this world that was very nice, intresting, and friendly. Her bestfriend was in my Speech and Communications class, and she said she was having the hardest time trying not to get upset. But now she is gone.
I do not know about the boy that was in the accident, but he shall not go unremembered. My friends say he was always cheery and made you laugh, even in the worst of times.
Their contributions to the world, I hope, will never be remembered. Our school is marking a R.I.P on our "rock" in a few hours (a place to do little shoutouts 'n such).
Today was one tough day at school, knowing that there will always be an empty seat in the back of my civics room where the girl will never be sitting again.
Here is the article from the local news: link
PS: the only reason I wrote this topic was to tell the community that life is short, and that it should be lived to the fullest it can be. I know for a fact, for all my friends that knew them have said, they had good times. Life brings many twists and turns and they can cause much pain.

Deaths today are all too common for young people. I am sorry for the loss you and your school have suffered today.

RIP to both of them...
"Speed was a factor in the wreck, authorities said."
Not implying that it's the driver's own fault for their accident; but this should also alert the people out there. Accidents do happen. Don't speed, don't drink drive! "This can't happen to me"? This CAN happen to you. Don't take such risks.

We do our best to live our life.
Go and find your favorite comfort place, take the one you love and care about with you. Give him/her a big hug, maybe a little kiss on the cheek and tell them you love them. Remember that death is part of life and not to be fear.
Take care of yourselves and each other.

Sorry to hear that. You unfortunately can't avoid death, but death while still in university is just to early.

Sorry to hear that
as the words of my dead relative (2 years ago)
Be ready for death
IT will come when you least expect it
And if the person who has died is connected to you or you know
Move on nothing can be done now.
